    Victor Medical has always regarded new employee development as a core component of its talent strategy. To help new hires quickly adapt to their roles, this training program was built upon preliminary online learning and focused on a comprehensive curriculum structured around three dimensions: in-depth theory, practical skills, and scenario-based application. The program included not only solid professional knowledge but also hands-on skill training. Daily morning quizzes became a "must-do" routine, driving internalization of knowledge through frequent assessments and transforming fragmented learning into systematic capabilities.

    Practical Drills: Learning Through Competition

    • Continuing Victor’s tradition of "fully enclosed management + integrated learning and assessment," this training adhered to the philosophy of "promoting training through evaluation and encouraging learning through competition." In addition to daily morning quizzes, the program included multiple rounds of team competitions that not only ignited a sense of healthy rivalry among new employees but also strengthened team cohesion through collaboration.

    • Physical fitness training was also an integral part of the program. Evening runs helped participants relieve stress and strengthen their bodies after intense learning sessions, enabling them to approach the next day’s training with renewed energy—achieving a true balance of work and rest.

    • Final evaluations combined written exams, oral tests, and hands-on practice, providing a well-rounded assessment of each participant's learning outcomes to ensure everyone was equipped with solid professional skills before entering the workplace.

    Graduation Ceremony

    On July 15,  12th New Employee Training Program concluded with a graduation ceremony. The event was attended by Mr. Wan Shiping, Chairman of Canopus Wisdom Medical‌, Mr. Wu Naizhan, Executive Vice General Manager of Victor Medical, and Ms. Wang Xizhi, Marketing Director of Victor Medical. Mr. Wan Shipingpresented honorary certificates and prizes to the top three trainees and other participants who successfully passed, recognizing their dedication and progress throughout the training.
