The Usage and Notice of Laparoscopic Stapler

1. Method of Application

1) Check whether the laparoscopic stapler is within the validity period and whether the package is damaged;

2) Open the package on the sterile table, take out the laparoscopic stapler, and insert the suture device into the laparoscopic puncture hole;

3) Push down the pull rod, open the movable wing plate and lock the pull rod, and pull up to make the movable wing plate close to the abdominal wall to separate the abdominal wall from the viscera;

4) Insert the suture into the slot of the suture needle;

5) the suture needle is inserted from one side of the channel to pass through the silicon film, and the suture line should pass through the silicon film at least 1cm;

6) Insert the suture needle from the other side of the channel to pass through the silicon film, and the suture line should pass through the silicon film at least 1cm;

7) Remove the suture in vitro from the suturing device channel;

8) Release the locking rod, pull up to close the movable wing plate, and then lock the pull rod to pull out the laparoscopic suture device. At this time, the suture line is pulled out of the body;

9) Knot the extracted suture according to the standard knotting technology.

2、 Precautions

1) Please read the manual carefully before use;

2) The laparoscopic stapler should be used in the operating room of a medical institution and used by professional medical staff after being trained and qualified;

3) The laparoscopic stapler can be used in combination with an absorbent suture.

4) If the laparoscopic stapler exceeds the validity period, it is strictly forbidden to use it. Before use, please check the sterilization date indicated on the sterilization certificate on the large package to prevent overdue use or unexpected use. Please check the package for damage, once found, it is strictly prohibited to use;

5) When opening the package and taking out the laparoscopic stapler, users should pay attention to the needle tip of the suture needle to prevent accidental injury to the user or patient;

6) Laparoscopic staplers are disposable sterile medical devices. Please destroy them in accordance with relevant regulations of medical devices after use.
