Victor Medical recently organized a series of Bariatric Surgery Workshops in Egypt, Russia, and South Africa, showcasing our cutting-edge Endoscopic Linear Cutter Stapler. Renowned for its precise cutting and reliable performance, the stapler has proven to be an indispensable tool for surgeons, enhancing efficiency and patient outcomes in bariatric procedures.
In Egypt, we were privileged to collaborate with esteemed professionals, including: Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hani Ashour ,Dr. Amer Alderazi, Consultant General and Bariatric Surgeon, and CEO of the Middle East Hospital; Dr. Atyab Bukhalaf from Bahrain；Dr. Ahmed Guirat, Bariatric Consultant at SGH-Dammam. Together, we gathered at Al Madina Women’s Hospital in Alexandria to share expertise in ring-augmented bariatric surgeries. 
The workshop featured three complex procedures:
including a ring-augmented sleeve gastrectomy, the conversion of two unsuccessful sleeve gastrectomies to ring-augmented gastric bypasses, and a ring-augmented resleeve gastrectomy. Dr. Alderazi's insights were particularly invaluable, providing us with a deeper understanding of the nuances and advantages of ring augmentation in surgical practice.
