Victor Medical Attends 2025 COC｜Forging Global Partnerships to Advance Obesity Prevention and Control

On August 16, 2025, the 4th China Obesity Conference (COC2025) successfully concluded at the Beijing National Convention Center. Jointly organized by the China Obesity Federation (COF), the National Clinical Research Center for Digestive Diseases, and the Beijing Medical Association Branch of Bariatric and Metabolic Physicians, this year’s conference brought together over460 authoritative experts from more than 20 countries worldwide. Centered around the theme "Obesity Requires Public Awareness and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment," the event featured over 60 high-level academic forums and attracted more than 1,500 professionals from clinical practice, nutrition, public health, and research fields across the nation, collectively mapping out a new blueprint for healthy weight management.

With the theme "Obesity Requires Public Awareness and Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment," this year’s conference once again integrated multidisciplinary expertise from bariatric and metabolic surgery, endocrine metabolism, clinical nutrition, cardiology, metabolic biology, and public health. The goal was to jointly promote the implementation of standardized diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice, disseminate the concepts of weight management and scientific weight loss to the public, foster social consensus, and form a collaborative force for weight management.

As a key participant and promoter in the global field of weight loss, Victor Medical not only actively took part in the conference but also proactively collaborated with international experts to foster exchange and cooperation in global obesity prevention and control. For this event, Victor Medical specially invited renowned experts from Russia and Brazil to join the conference, sharing their clinical experience and research findings, thereby adding rich international perspectives to the proceedings.
